This week we have new music by underrated UK singer-songwriter Malcolm Middleton, superstar Irish band Bell XI, who are unknown over here, a track from the debut full-length by post-punk British four-piece The Hair, and a song that follows an unconventional melodic structure by a Toronto singer-songwriter with a varied resume, Katie Stelmanis.
