Five years ago, Gavin Ward was a high school student in Toronto's Beaches neighbourhood who helped out a Formula Ford team at Mosport on weekends. Now he's Mark Webber's trackside control system engineer in F1. He talks to Norris McDonald about life in the big leagues.
